Tradestation Strategy needed

Imagine 8 charts doing simulated trading of the same strategy with different settings. The ninth chart will monitor how well the eight different charts are doing. After one hour, the 9th chart will actually start live trading using the settings from the best performing chart. For development purposes, we can use something like a simple moving average cross over strategy. Each chart with different settings like 80,100, 50,200, 100, 200, etc. Once the 9th chart starts live trading, it takes over the trade with simple profit target and stop loss. The next day, the whole process starts over. I had to list the skills needed as "Metatrater", since there is no category for TradeStation.
