Automate Outlook BCC to CRM

We run the latest Microsoft 365 stack and every user works on Windows, switching between Outlook for Desktop and Outlook on the web. I need every outbound message—reply, forward, new email—to be blind-copied to a single CRM capture address so that activity is logged automatically. What I want from you is a clear, repeatable solution set up on one mailbox while I watch (screen share or clear step-by-step notes). Once I see it working, I’ll replicate it for the remaining fourteen accounts. Key points • Must function in BOTH Outlook Desktop and Cloud versions without relying on each user remembering to do anything. • The BCC address is fixed and feeds an “other” CRM, so no built-in Salesforce/HubSpot add-ins apply. • We’re on Microsoft 365, so an Exchange admin rule, PowerShell script, or another native approach is preferred—whatever guarantees 100 % coverage for all send scenarios, including mobile if possible. Deliverable 1. Working automatic BCC on one pilot mailbox. 2. Documentation (or recorded walk-through) that lets me duplicate the setup for the remaining users.
