The part of your description that decides the approach is "without forcing me to learn complex VBA". That rules out the usual answer of handing over a macro workbook and wishing you luck. What I'd do instead: look at your representative workbooks, find the steps that actually eat time (usually it's the repeated reshaping, not the formulas), and solve those with Power Query where possible. Power Query is the right tool here because it's clickable afterwards, so you can adjust it without touching code. Copilot prompts and a couple of ChatGPT-backed helpers on top for the "ask a question, get a summary" part. Deliverables would be the reworked workbooks, the prompts written down so they're reusable rather than one-offs, and a short guide with screenshots of where to change what. Two things I need to know: - Which Microsoft 365 plan are you on? Copilot in Excel needs a specific licence, and if it isn't there, part of this has to be solved differently. Better to know now. - Can you share two or three real workbooks, anonymised if needed? Sizing this from a description alone would be guesswork. Price assumes roughly the scope you described. If the workbooks turn out to be much heavier than expected, I'll say so before starting rather than after.
