One of my Microsoft 365 Exchange users suddenly stopped receiving any incoming mail. Messages never reach the inbox, junk, or any other folder, and no bounce-backs or error pop-ups appear on either Outlook or OWA. The user can still send mail without issue. I need a specialist who can jump into the Microsoft 365 admin center (Exchange Online) and trace what is blocking or rerouting inbound traffic—whether that’s a transport rule, mailbox quota, hidden forwarding, connector misconfiguration, or something else. Feel free to use Exchange message trace, PowerShell diagnostics, or any other standard tools you rely on; I just need the root cause found and fixed quickly.
