A shared document folder in our Microsoft OneDrive for Business has been stuck in “Sync pending — Shared” for several days. I have already restarted, reset, and fully re-connected OneDrive, yet the flag remains and new changes never reach the cloud. I need someone who knows the OneDrive sync engine inside out to: • Pinpoint the exact cause of the blockage—whether it’s cache corruption, permissions, throttling, or something deeper in the OneDrive for Business client. • Repair the situation safely, preserving every file version and shared permission. • Prove that the fix works by adding a test document, confirming it appears on another tenant account, and watching two-way updates flow without delay.
