I need an expert who can reliably move my Outlook email history to Google Workspace. I tried using a migration tool but there are half a million records (mostly junk but, a few very valuable emails). I have a google workspace acct and 365 accounts for both emails. The job covers some core data—emails, contacts, and calendars—and I want the transfer to feel seamless to my users, with zero data loss and minimal downtime. Here’s what I would like: • paid discovery and migration assessment (1–2 hours). At this time I would like a quote based on hrs needed for scope. Scope should describe • A simple migration plan that outlines the exact tools you’ll use (Google Workspace Migrate, Exchange Online PowerShell, GAM, etc.) and the order of operations for each mailbox. • Execution of the transfer itself, including any syncs needed. • Verification that every message, contact and event arrived intact, folder structures are preserved, and sharing/permissions carry over where possible. • Clear post-migration hand-off notes plus support when completed I would like to be able to contact with ongoing questions 2-5 hours per month.
