Power Virtual Agent Pricing Bot

I need a straightforward Power Virtual Agents bot that can act as a lightweight pricing assistant. Its only job is to answer one thing clearly and quickly: “What does this product cost?” Here is what I have in mind: • When a user types the name or SKU of one of our catalog items, the bot should pull the latest product price from a data source I can maintain easily (SharePoint list, Excel in OneDrive, or Dataverse—whichever you feel fits best). • If the product is not in the list, the bot should return a polite “not found” message and offer to connect the user to a human agent. • The entire dialog flow must stay simple—no upselling, no account verification, no payment processing. I will supply the current price sheet and access credentials to our Microsoft 365 tenant. Please configure the bot in my tenant, set up one data connection, and give me a short hand-off call or video that shows how I can update prices myself. Acceptance criteria 1. User can ask for any listed product price in plain language (e.g., “Price for ABC-123?”) and receive the correct current figure. 2. Unlisted items trigger the fallback message. 3. I receive editable documentation (Word or PDF) covering how to update the data source and republish the bot. 4. Solution is built entirely with Power Virtual Agents and standard connectors—no custom code or premium connectors.
