I’m re-branding the company and need our email moved from Google Workspace to Microsoft 365 today. We’re a small team—just three active mailboxes—so the scope is focused but must be flawless the first time. Here’s what I need completed end-to-end: • Provision Microsoft 365, create the three mailboxes plus any required aliases and shared addresses. • Migrate all existing Gmail data (mail, folders, contacts, calendars) for those users with no loss or duplication. • Configure Cloudflare DNS records: MX, SPF, DKIM and DMARC, verifying alignment and passing checks. • Set up Outlook Desktop, Outlook Web and mobile (iOS / Android) profiles so each user can log in immediately. • Create uniform signatures and basic forwarding rules where needed. • Run final deliverability tests and send/receive validation to ensure everything is live before sign-off. I’ll provide Cloudflare access, the Microsoft 365 tenant, and current Gmail credentials as soon as we agree to proceed.
