I need help finishing up a database that has an order form.
I finished that part, just need help with the section that lists and details all current orders.
Also need help creating a different section where I can filter orders by customer name and/or address (city, zip, etc.)
Woud like to talk to the person hired before they begin work, can do telephone or skype.
MUST BE USING ACCESS 2007.
Sorry, I opened the file I originally sent in Access 2010 so my computer must have converted it so that it would no longer open in 2007. My apologies.
Also, I've gotten messages that say my description was lacking so here's more info:
1) A tab on the "main menu" that allows me to see all orders submitted.
2) Another tab on the "main menu" that allows me to "search/filter" the orders and if possible create a report of the orders based on what I'm looking for (by name, address, city, zip, etc.). The report part is not required a table listing them would be fine.
3) Order Form: Right now I have it setup so that when you click the "new order" button on the "main menu" you are given a prompt where you input your info. Once that is complete it saves the info and then tries to pull up the main ordering form, which is not working right now. But if it would, you'll see that once you have your info put in, you'll be able to select your name from a list and then order the products that you want. You may use what I have or scrap it and use something you think is better.
