Build me a donation tracking tool

We are looking for a developer to help us develop a new version of a donation tracking tool for social organisations. The original version is in Excel but organisations with higher volumes experience system delays so we would like the consultant to develop the tool in ACCESS. Ideally, the deliverable will be an off-the-shelf solution.

The tool allows social organisations to key in their donation information once, reducing need for repetitive data entry, while generating different reports for the organisation and documents like tax deductible receipts and thank you letters. We have the Excel version of this donation tracking tool. Details of user requirements, and the existing reports/output templates are already collated. We also have some referenced solutions. Developers will be assisted to understand the requirements and be updated timely if their development is on track. The existing tool has already achieved an average of 50% productivity gain in the 15 organisations that were in the pilot. With this improved tool in the project, we are looking to reach more organisations, with at least 60 organisations benefited from the improved productivity.
