1. Add a "tab" to my current database form "project table" where each project will list all the emails from my inbox and sent folders in outlook that have the subject line matching the transaction. (add new field for a code or code word) Please format the email with , from, to, date, body and yes/no for attachements, and if possible yes/no for flag. Please fit this data inot the area of the tabs. (refer to my tasks tab for an Idea of how I want it to look, I don't need much detail just the data)
2 Then, make it so that when I double click on any field of the email it opens the same email in outlook. utilizing a search that searches the ,most recent emails first and stopps searching once the email is found. (to make it faster)
3. Create a new form where I can see all emails in a list format. (this one can be larger) and where I can send emails from within access. (I have no specifics on layout here. the ones I saw looked good)
4. Create a linked database between outlook and access. I may need to customize fields in outlook to make this happen? Also add a search feature/drop down to find contacts on my contacts page (it has not been layed out, feel free to alter the layout on my contacts form) and please add so that when on my contacts list if I double click on the customer name or salutation it will pull up the corrolating contact on the contact form.
