Hello! The simple move of tables and data is part of the work - if you still keep the database and users in the same network. By moving tables to SQL you will still have SQL executed on Access side. Which works acceptably fast if all is in the local network. I can do that. That is: to move the tables, data, then to set up SQL Server to work in the local network and add code to link tables from Access. Regards, Branislav Mihaljev

Hello, I am a veteran (25+ years) database developer with real industry experience using SQL Server (v6.5 thru 19), MS Access (most versions), Oracle (v6 thru v18c) and a few others. Solid SQL and procedural (T-SQL, PL/SQL) skills. Apart from regular development projects, I have been regularly involved in upgradation and migration projects. Typically, this is Access->SQL Server, SQL Server->Azure, SQL Server-Oracle etc. There are a few exact such projects done by me here and many more outside of freelancer. Access to SQL Server migration is usually a yawn. Most things are usually accomplished by the Upsizing Wizard. However, there are a few small adjustments to make for which I have well-honed tools which I use. The local SQL Server needs some tweaking to enable it to become accessible to others on a network.
