Nicelabel label development and version upgrade

We currently use Nicelabel version 6 to create food labels in order to over-label existing non-compliant EU product labelling with EU compliant labelling. The current process: - Add the products in an excel spreadsheet with the EU compliant information with the barcode being the lookup key - scan product barcode into Nicelabel Form. - Form retrieves relevant information from the excel database based on barcode lookup. - Nicelabel retrieves and checks the product information against the allergen database and applies relevant bolding of allergens - Nicelabel populates the predefined label with the relevant information - Label is then printed and stuck on to product Requirements: - need to migrate this to version 2017 (or 2019 if necessary, we currently have a multi user license for 2017). - database retrieval is slow, we need to speed this up, perhaps look to use an access database rather than excel. - the requirement is for 2 to 3 users at separate workstations to be able to access the print form and print labels from their workstations (we have a multi-user license) accessing the database from a shared repository. - Instead of manually building the database we require an automatic download from our woocommerce database, so any new products that are added to the database (via the website) can be downloaded to the Nicelabel database without manual entry.
