I need to create a tool in order to save on an MS Access / MS Excel database some data by extracting them from a list of multiple files on XLS format accordigly to specific criterias (TASK 1 to TASK 7).
I also need to setup a macro for data entry and save to database.
All requirements and informations are explained on [login to view URL] file.
[login to view URL] file shows data workflow from import to export and the whole saving process to database.
Sample and development files will be sent during project discussion.
Default password for access to password protected files is "123".
We need to create the code for below files (they will be sent during project discussion):

[login to view URL] file : MS Excel Database (Access DB is copied on this file)
MOVI_DB_Builder_v1 file : File which contains VBA to import and export data
MOVI_Client_v1 file : Data entry file for new data to be stored on database (3 versions, one of each department)
MPT file : This file will use data stored on database
