Account migration from Zimbra to Office 365

Relatively straight forward process involved. Do you have an individual pc(with outlook) for each mailbox? or will I be required to export the mail via my end? This may be a stupid question but I obviously have to check, you mentioned you don't have admin access to Zimbra(not a problem) But I need to check that you do have access to the domain itself? to change the DNS records to point to Office 365.
