Microsoft Project Plan Development Requirement – Multi-Site IT Hardware & Implementation Project Objective Develop a comprehensive Microsoft Project Plan for a multi-site IT delivery and implementation program involving hardware deployment, installation, configuration, testing, and project closure activities. Current Status A detailed project plan has already been created for one site, including all required information such as: Task Name Start Date Finish Date Duration Resource/Owner Dependencies Progress Tracking Fields The existing single-site plan will serve as the baseline template. Requirement Replicate and scale the existing project schedule across additional sites while maintaining all task relationships, dependencies, resource assignments, and tracking mechanisms. The project schedule should be developed at the following levels: 1. Initial Deployment Wave – 6 Sites Replicate the baseline site plan for the first 6 sites. Include site-specific scheduling, dependencies, and resource assignments. Ensure cross-site visibility for execution and tracking. 2. Phase 2 Deployment – 30 Sites Consolidate the initial 6-site deployment plan into a broader 30-site program schedule. Include all milestones, dependencies, resource allocations, and reporting structures. Enable portfolio-level tracking and governance. 3. Full Deployment Program – 50 Sites Expand the schedule to cover all 50 sites. Consolidate all activities into a master integrated project plan. Maintain end-to-end dependency management, critical path visibility, resource loading, milestone tracking, and progress reporting.
