Polish Visio Network Diagram

I have an existing Microsoft Visio network / application stack diagram that is technically accurate but visually messy and not presentation-ready. All of the objects and information are already there. The architecture is correct. This is not a redesign of the system. The goal is to clean it up, reorganize it, and present it in a more professional, executive-friendly format while preserving the exact technical meaning and relationships. There are two (2) tabs/pages in the file. Both need layout cleanup and presentation improvement. Scope of Work The selected freelancer will: Reorganize the layout using recognized industry standards for network diagrams Clear hierarchy of tiers (network, application, data, etc.) Logical grouping of components Clean alignment and consistent spacing Replace non-standard or generic shapes with appropriate professional network icons where applicable Improve connector routing and line clarity Standardize fonts, sizes, casing, and labeling conventions Ensure overall visual consistency and readability Preserve all existing technical content, relationships, layers, and object data Add or refine clearly formatted: Notes Callouts Question blurbs Printable annotations The finished product should be suitable for: Executive review Large-screen presentation Printed distribution in a meeting setting The message and meaning of the diagram must remain intact. This is a formatting, organization, and presentation improvement effort — not an architecture change. Deliverables Updated Microsoft Visio (.VSDX) file Matching PDF export of the final version No loss of object data, layers, or embedded information Technical Requirements Work must be done directly in Microsoft Visio (VSDX format only).
