I'm looking for an experienced Microsoft Word expert to edit and refine a Behaviour Support Plan template (approximately 78 pages). I've already done much of the work by using Find & Replace with placeholder terms, but Word hasn't handled everything correctly. I need someone with excellent attention to detail who can finish the job professionally. The template uses replacement terms throughout to personalise participant information, but these still require manual checking and proofreading. Tasks include: Proofread the entire document using Australian English (grammar, spelling, punctuation and consistency). Check that all Find & Replace terms have been correctly applied and manually fix any that haven't. Correct formatting issues throughout the document. Fix bullet point and table formatting (Word is creating unnecessary bullet points within tables where content should instead be entered into a designated section). Ensure headings, spacing, fonts, styles and numbering are consistent throughout. Deliver a polished, professional template that is easy for staff to use. Essential requirements: Advanced Microsoft Word skills. Strong proofreading and editing experience. Excellent written English (Australian English preferred). Experience working with complex Word templates, styles, tables and formatting. High attention to detail. Nice to have: Experience with business documents, templates or reports. Familiarity with accessibility or professional document formatting. Deliverables: One fully edited Microsoft Word document. All formatting issues resolved.
