I need a fresh, modern letterhead that reflects Ecoluxe Electrical’s brand. The design has to sit perfectly in two places: as an editable header in Microsoft Word documents (quotes, invoices, reports) and as a graphic header I can drop into emails for a consistent, professional look. Design notes • Style: clean, modern lines—nothing ornate or traditional. • Colour palette: stick strictly to my existing company colours; I’ll send the exact codes at kick-off. • Required content: my contact information only. No slogan, no extra graphics. Deliverables • Editable A4 Word (.docx) template with properly set margins and typography. • High-resolution header image (PNG or JPEG) optimised for email. • Print-ready PDF version for occasions when I need to export directly from Word. Acceptance criteria 1. Colours match the provided brand codes. 2. Contact details are clear and legible in both print and screen views. 3.
