The developer who made this is MIA, this database 99% works, just needs some minor fixes. The report is already made, the export is already made, the form is already made, etc - all your doing is bug fixing. Once the project is accepted I will send you a url where you can download it. Here is the last message I sent to the old developer:
It is getting very confusing as to how things are working on frmAPP. I think we simplify the system it will be easer for everyone:
Change frmAPP from the behaviour it currently does in the drop down, instead have the combo box display EVERY choice that is available for a period (i.e. everything in FISCAL_YEARS table)
When a user selects that period and runs the report, the report displays that period and the next 11 periods in fiscal_years. For whatever reason now, when you select a period, the report doesnt display that period as the starting period.
example: I select "period 05 2009 07/27/08 - 8/23/08"
the report SHOULD show columns:
periods: 05 2009, 06 2009, 07 2009, 08 2009, 09 2009, 10 2009, 11 2009, 12 2009, 1 2010, 2 2010, 3 2010, 4 2010
If you know access and vba you should have no problem fixing these issues. Im looking for someone who can start on this IMMEDIATELY, within the next couple hours. Offering 25$ for this and an additional 25$ if you can complete these changes within the next 6 hours. If you are available tomorrow in case of an unexpected problem, that is also a plus.
