I am looking to develop a streaming management application platform for streaming services in the U.S. The application will allow users to consolidate their streaming services, search for content (movies, tvshows, sports) and get where to watch including cost if it is free, rent or with subscription.
Second, the user will be able to track their movies, tv shows and sports, add content to watchlist, receive recommendations with (tensorflow recommender system api connected to the database) and search for movies per categories and add the cost of of all streaming services they have an account with.
Finally, the user will be able to connect with friends and share content with them, select movies in group or see what a friend like as movie, tv or show to watch.
The project is front and back end. The design is already completed but may need revision to adapt with development. The developer should provide support after launch for a period of time and depending on how we progress the same team will be responsible for system maintenance, as such a new contract will be drafted. The API documentation needed are ready too.
The development will be done on Amazon Web Services (AWS) and I need it to be done in 3 weeks.
I need someone who:
- Knows the streaming industry
- Understand API and application development
- Knowledge in database structure, partition and specifically TMDB and TVDB
- Understand TensorFlow lite for recommender system
- Understand AWS
- Understand media management for file renamer and automation tasks
- Can properly communicate in English
- Can work under pressure, be creative and good at resolving issues.
- Can work on a deadline and good with details.
- Be meticulous and attentive to details.
If you believe that you are a developer who fits the criteria lets start a conversation. You will need to be interviewed and answer some questions to prove that you are qualified for the project. I will require video conference. Simple text messages on Freelancer will not be accepted as the only method of conversation especially during hiring process. Expect to be contacted via calls and videos because a technical work require direct communication and not a few text messages.
The developer should not be a middle man (which means, the person who places the bid should be the developer and should be capable of handling the technical aspects of the project.)
-The developer can have a team but the developer him/herself should be knowledgeable and not a middle man. If you are a middle person do not bid.
-The developer should provide me with the development process, steps activities and the timeline expected to reach each step for evaluation before awarding.
-I should receive daily update and collaborate closely with the developer until the project ends.
-I am looking for a long term relationship if possible.
Thank you and let's have a conversation
