Food Mobile app development

I am looking for an app that will do the following:
1. Support multi location Point of sale with different pricing at each for the same items.
2. A standard subsidised pricing for staff category at any location.
3. Staff default will be pickup / barring certain senior staff that can get room service - toggle needs to be available in admin panel for marking someone as staff and enabling room service.
4. Staff user profile has to have 3 delivery locations.
4. Can help the kitchen with bulk cooking planning - explained below.
Every day, we have 7-10 different combos that we offer for clients who want to order in bulk.
These orders come to us in advance, and we are looking at a way to enter the raw material and cooked weight in the master database so it can help in giving the store an accurate indent of raw materials.
Example:
Combo 1
Rice - 200 gms (Rice raw - 100 gms)
Dal - 100 gms (Dal raw - 50 gms)
Pickle - 30 gms (Pickle raw - 30 gms)
Combo 2
Chapatti - 2 pieces (Atta raw - 60 gms)
Dal - 100 gms (Dal raw - 50 gms)
Pickle - 30 gms (Pickle raw - 30 gms)
Scenario:
1. Two customers order different quantities of the above combos
2. all the common items need to be consolidated after which an Ingredient/raw material indent for the kitchen needs to go
3. At the time of despatch, a Customer-wise checklist should be generated containing - Customer name, combo item name, quantity, and total item weight for that combo.
4. Sticker printing for the above information per item. Reference picture attached.
