Ongoing Android App Testing with 12 devices/accounts

I publish one to two fresh Android apps every week and need each build thoroughly exercised on real smartphones before it rolls into production. I need this testing so that I can take my app live on playstore. There is no Lt much functional work. I will just need 12 -15 testers to spend 5 mins daily on the app. The payment will be done only after the app is production ready on play store. No pre payment.
