I am looking for a freelancer to create a yoga workout planner for me. The ideal candidate for this project should have experience in yoga and be knowledgeable about different poses and workout routines.
Difficulty Level: Beginner
- The yoga workouts should be suitable for beginners and include poses that are easy to follow and perform.
Duration: 30-60 mins
- Each yoga workout session should have a duration of 30-60 minutes.
Pose Selection: Open to suggestions
- I am open to suggestions on which specific yoga poses or series to include in the workout. The freelancer should have expertise in creating well-rounded and balanced workout routines, considering the level of difficulty and duration.
Skills and Experience:
- Experience in yoga and knowledge of various poses and series
- Ability to create customized workout plans based on the client's requirements
- Understanding of different difficulty levels and the appropriate poses for each level
- Creativity and the ability to suggest and incorporate new and interesting yoga poses
- Excellent communication skills to understand and incorporate the client's preferences and goals
Ideally the schedule will be 3 beginner workouts then 3 intermediate workouts and 3 advanced workouts in both Hatha and Ashtanga Yoga forms.
18 pages in total.
Also a small brief on the back page of each workout describing different Yoga positions or routines or Yoga principles.
This will be a formal type Calendar.
