Hi, First of all please only professional developers and companies only can bid here, To make sure they are familiar with this kind of development environment.
It's a chat application runs on an XMPP server, both iOS and Android app which contains these main functionalities:
1) Rooms chat, Users can enter a room and start chating with room's users.
2) peer to peer chat, Users can add friends, chat with them in private conversation and could be able to send them Attachments such as "Video (max 10mb, Images).
3) users should be able to register, all data should be stored in a database on the web server.
4) Apps combined should be abled to bear 2000-3000 concurrent user, where users text and send files as well, sending files should be done through uploading the image to the server and sending the opposite user link, which the app will display as an image.
5) users should be able to add, delete and block other users.
Basically these are the main functionalities we want in this application.
