Native Mobile App for Logistics Website

I recently launched a Website (web app) for a Customer, who has now ordered additional work. They would like to purchase custom developed native Mobile Phone Apps to be made available for free download to Website users. We need to cover apps for Android (version 2 & 4 API), iOS (version 5, 6, & 7 API) as well as Windows Phone/Mobile. The successful candidate will need to be able to deliver the required modules fully tested and debugged for all three platforms and will need to work with me on this project, as I will also be developing parts of the software. I require someone with experience in mobile development to assist me with the development, testing and implementation phases of the SDLC. Daily reports on progress is non-negotiable. If necessary, we can work together on code bases via GitHub or a similar online team sourcing service. I will plan, design and provide the module requirements to the successful candidate from which full functional and technical documents will need to be derived. Technical spec documentation will be required from the successful candidate, as well as user documentation on delivery of the completed software. The successful candidate need not be a registered as a developer on Windows, Android and/or Apple networks, but this will be advantageous to the successful applicant. Project contents: The web application is fully fledged fleet management and transport/logistics management system for transport companies. The system currently also brokers deals between transporters and goods owners that require their goods/materials to be delivered from supply points to designated delivery points. The Mobile app version will need to mirror the web application functionality and where additions in features/functionality are made to the mobile app, the same will also need to be implemented on the live web application system. As such, there will be the following primary sections: 1.1 A section for Road Freight companies with fleet, driver and other management facilities. System will require Google/Bing/Yahoo or MapQuest map integration. Distance calculations with travel times (Google API V3 etc.), as well as weather and traffic 1.2 A section for Customers to post shipments for delivery and ability to view & accept/reject quotations received from Road Freight companies 1.3 Commissions financial system to calculate brokerage commissions due on successful shipments 1.4 User management to facilitate login/logout and user profile information Primary mobile app features must include: 2. Real-time Location services for the mobile app to track shipment location/progress via mobile app 3. Collection & Delivery signatures (tablets likely) for customers to sign off with 4. Camera integration to load/store photos of merchandise before & after collection/delivery 5. Financial & performance reporting We will be working with an existing database for this project, which is based on Microsoft SQL SERVER 2088 R2 technology. Hosting of the web app and its database is taken care of. The mobile apps will need to make contact with this existing database to load and save new data. The connection information will naturally be made available to the successful candidate. This project will commence urgently and operate on a truncated timeline, as a result of urgent requirements from the Customer. As such, strict project milestones will be set during the planning phase to which the successful candidate MUST adhere at all times. It is likely the my Customer may decide to impose penalties on overdue deliverables, which will affect fees payable to the successful candidate upon completion of this project.
