application requirements (use the least possible API so it would work in Android 2.3.6):
-run on NFC phone
-Application turns on Bluetooth without user interaction
-Verifies NFC is on, if not, sends to settings page to turn it on
-Use NFC to exchange pairing information. Pair the phones (if not already paired) in a secure manner (not insecure), without requiring user interaction.
-Confirm pairing of the phones
-then user able to select a photo from gallery and transfer over the new bluetooth connection. (deal with case, where both users send a picture at the same time)
-Save the received pictures in ~/sdcard/appname/
