I need an app that essentially duplicates the functions of the Shoutcast dsp plugin for Winamp. For an example of this, refer to this video [login to view URL] This should be a an app that takes audio input from the onboard mic or the mic input of the 1/8" headphone jack and uses that as an audio source for remote broadcast on Internet radio. It need not have all the bit rate options that the Shoutcast plugin has, but the options between 24 Kbps, 22050Hz Mono and 64kbps, 44100Hz, Mono.
