Social Messaging app(You should already have a good Chat application built, we will use that to start adding features) with additional features

I am looking at adding some additional features to a messaging app.

Please only apply if you have worked on a messaging app previously and have a working source code to start with. The intention is not to make another messaging app, I do not intend to spend lot of money in building the basic messaging app features, if you have built previously a messaging app, then we should be able to use that and rebrand it and them add extra features to it.

The PREBUILT messaging app should have features like :

1 - Audio,video,image,text chatting feature

2 - Location sharing

3 - Excellent UI - For example :

If you can use the below mentioned service and make a messaging app that will be great :

The six features are :

1- Ability to use just keywords to search for people in that locality (within 5 mile radius or whatever the user selects) to communicate with them. For example, IF I AM STUCK SOMEPLACE AND I WOULD LIKE TO GET IN TOUCH WITH a mechanic, I will just go and type @mechanic and type or record a audio /video , this message will be sent to 10 mechanics around that area and they can reply back to me.

2- Goal setter feature

Feature 2 -

lets say if someone wants to lose weight, in our goal setter feature- they can add a goal called losing weight and also add their friends and family or basically anyone who can be a support group, we can have predefined goals like quitting smoking , loosing weight and others, like 5 -6 templates that the users can select from

This can be from their side navigation page.

3-Feature 3 :

5 mile mall

The user selects the radius around his present location and selects the things that are around him like, restaurants, malls, or other business . Then this will bring up the locations and with one tap, the user can chat with that business, for example if it is a beauty parlour, then can either book an appointment or talk with the beautician.

Feature 4 :

Event planner with friends within the chat window, like movie outings, restaurant, or meetups.

Feature 5 :

In app browser, the user should be able to send links and others will be open that link within the chat window, the right navigation bar will contain the shared link and users should be able to leave their comments.

Use case for discussing about links and also for live events. For example if there is a soccer match going on I can send my friends a link in the chat window of a live match website and below that a comment section will be populated with my comments and friends comment
