Write an Android application

I require an android app that is made to perform some of the following functions:-

1) Play chapters (mp3 audio) streamed through website.

2) Resume from where it was last played from.

3) Allow to download the whole chapters on to the phone , while at the same time allow the user to play chapters through wifi.

4) Once all 114 chapters are downloaded, then user can choose to play from local mobile or internet.

5) Allow user to book mark a chapter and time so they can resume from where they left off.

6) Contact us

7) Share app

You will provide us with the entire source code and the apk package.
