Write an Android application

I want a heart rate monitor and email sending system in which user can record his real-time heart rate with his camera and according to limits we will send the email to his physician or Dr. I have a code ready just due to lack of time I could not make it success. Screens Expected: 1. User information and physician info including health history 2. Heart rate monitor [functional module is ready] 3. Email sending app [Functional is ready] 4. Appropriate Design is expected I am also a MVC and JAVA developer so if any help required you can consult technically also.
