The idea is for a mobile/tablet app that works similar to Tinder where users are presented a brief profile and able to swipe in one direction to save and another direction to reject. When a profile is saved that user would then be shown the profile of the user(s) that saved them and if they both save each other then the users will be alerted and be able to chat and view a fuller profile of the user. The application will need to be heavily fed data via APIs from social sites (Facebook, LinkedIn, & Google+ primarily) as well as other sites where information about users can be retrieved (Spotify, Netflix, Pandora, AirBNB, etc...). Users will connect via Facebook or LinkedIn and then connect other sites in order to build a fuller profile about the user. They will also be able to enter some other information that we can discuss later. We have basic designs for how the app will look and are open to discuss this as well. Other functionality that will need to be in the app include: - Location based searches - Filters to alter searches based on varied criteria - Text and video chat - Ability for users to upload a short video, if desired - Left hand navigation drawer - A document "locker" to download/store important documents - Neighborhood level granularity for locations We have a more detailed document to share with bidders we consider for the final award. Please present a unique and well thought out proposal and not something you cut and paste to everybody.
