Android App functionality to be copied from existing Very Simple Android App

Simple Android App has to be created. This app will have 1 or 2 pages only. In this App, user will key-in few information (i.e. selecting City within one country). Once selected, App will show few data from the database. I also need interface to update this data in database. UI has to be simple, sober yet attractive. AD placement and integration would be desirable but not mandatory. Detailed requirement of the pages will be given to those, who will request. Same App has to be copied for iPhone and iPad later. At the later stage of bidding process, I would need Architecture as well as credentials and timeline.
