fake iphone scanner app

I am looking to get a iPhone/iPod App made. Here below are the details for app it self, I will clarify any questions you may have via PM. Basic Requirements: I need a iPhone app thats basically a fake scanner. I need 2 version (a paid version will all the features, and a free version with some of the features taken away). It should be compatible with the iPhone and iPad only. (we will later re-hire the same programmer for the iPad version, and even later for a android version if you can doit, or hire the programmer as a consultant for us for the other programmer). But for now you are only bidding for iPhone version. Basic understanding: For now, we will say we are scanning for spiders (that will change of course, this is just understanding sakes). end user will will be able to grab the phone, launch the app. After the splash screen you will see a button that says scan. when you click on the button the app will start "scanning for spiders" it has semi-circles (like scanner waves) that come from the circle when you push the "scan" button, it will also say "Scanning..." once its done scanning it will say "no spiders found". Free Version: The free version will show a ad on the bottom and top of the scanner. There will also be a "settings" button. On the settings screen, it will give you a total of 2 options. 1) Boy or Girl scanner (selecting boy will change the background and button to a blue background for the actually scanner, selecting girl, will change background and button to pink) 2) scan time, 2, 5, and 10 seconds, (5 being default). the number of secounds = how many times it says "scanning..." Paid Version: Paid version, of course has no ads on the top or bottom. There is also a seetings button. On the settings settings screens if gives you a few more options... 1) instead of just boy or girl option, it says "select wallpaper", which takes you to another screen with about 7 or 8 wallpaper options. when you select the wallpaper it will change the background of the scanner as well as the button color. 2) scan time... same as above except this time theres 5, 10 and manual (5 again being default)... again seconds = how many times it says "scanning...". Manual will allow user to just hold down the button, and depending on how long its held down, thats how many time it says "scanning..." when customer releases the button, it will finish the "scanning..." in process and then proceed to say "No spiders found". thats the basic and in depth concept of what we want done. This needs to be created in xCode. I will provide all the graphics and audio files for you, as well as mock images of how it should look. We will pay 100% on app delivered and then 10-20% bonus on app store approval (bonus depends on how many times apple rejects the app, if its never reject you can earn upto 20% bonus... cant beat that) Any questions and comments?
