iOS/Android social App

We are looking for a skilled developer to develop an app for both Iphone\andriod devices. The app will be have similar features of some of big social apps already available in the appstore like Line, KakaoTalk and MeassageMe with little difference. The app should needs to be in complete localization language in both (English and Arabic) Main app features: -Admin control interface (website) with reporting and trends -individual and group chat -voting -voice notes -simple Draw\Write on pictures with ability to search for pictures in google. -emotes and stickers (which we will provide later) -Voice calling (free calling) -in-app purchase store A complete documentation that has all the details information can be provided upon request. Requirements: -Someone who is familiar with Line, KakaoTalk and MassageMe social apps. -Someone who is very friendly and enjoys his work. -Someone who can program but ideally is also experienced in great graphic designing/ UI design and makes polished looking products -Someone who has experience with the app store and In-App purchase integration and Assist in app submission to App store and approval process. -Ideally someone who has also program skills creating apps on the Google Android platform -Someone who takes pride in creating good looking apps. -Excellent communication (English or Arabic) and ability to use Skype is a must. -Source code to be given upon project completion. -Willing to Support and fix existing bugs and adding new features once we Go-live. (fee of the support to be discussed and agreed later) -You will be required to sign an NDA and all work done is ours and you cannot claim any work product as your own or display it on your portfolio.
