iPad development: app like BANESTO

I need an iPad application like "Banesto Vivienda" module, part of Banesto app ( see [login to view URL]) Banesto Vivienda App select your geo position and show on map a list of houses on sale near you (1km, 5km, 10km, custom distance) . On the left side you have a list of buildings, with photo, price and more info; in the rest of area you can view house's positions. I need EXACTLY same functions, only one thing will be different: on top, instead of filters "Nueva" (new) and "2a mano" (used) I need customized filter TYPE (type1, type2, type3, etc) App will be in Spanish but don't worry, I can translate you all terms. I'm using MySQL database; you will create DB squeme with some sample records I need source code and support to publish app in App Store; I wish app terminated in 15-20 days max.
