iPhone / iPad Game

What I need or require:
I need someone to create a relatively simple iPhone/iPad app. The game would be simple and feature a similar structure to "iCopter" and "Cube Runner", however will be different in ways. (More details will be provided). The games graphics should not be too hard to create, similar to helicopter. The user interface needs to be clean cut and the menu need to have high scores and setting. The game will allow the user to control by an accelerometer or by touch.
What I already have versus what the provider will deliver:
Nothing. Everything needs to be created.
Other context/requirements that providers will need to know:
Needs to be a universal app for the iPhone and iPad. It needs to be able for the user to be able to play the game for a minute or two on average. i.e. not too long, not too short.
Specific expertise/background that I am seeking:
Experience in universal iOS development. Portfolio would be helpful.
Timeframe for delivery:
Up to a month.
What I will require:
100% rights to the code and the game, graphics, sounds, and everything else.
