We are looking for iphone professional who can create following iphone app. Main aim of the application is to put effects on choosen photo. From user perspective main purpose of this app is to put different effects on choosen photo. User should be able to upload his own photo (either form library or by taking photo). We(developers) should be able to easly change before app compilation the following: (settings for each effects( hardcodded), time the default picture is shown, upload music file,graphics (buttons, backgrounds, default picture, photos, app icon,) text for popup, infopage etc. Below is a list of requirements for this app. As a user I want to put effects on photo App puts black&white effect under the pressed section of photo. App puts blur effect under the pressed section of photo.
