Select Transaction Type. (Transaction type 3. Fill Vehicle) 2. Scan delivery Tank Tag 3. Scan Receiving Vehicle Tag 4. Capture Start Liter reading. 5. Fill the vehicle 6. Enter the Ending Liter reading. 7. Calculate the liters used. 8. KM or Hours reading Dependent on Vehicle/Unit type 9. Select Usage type 10. Verification. a. Verify if this number is the same as the last reading taken on the dispensing tank. If not “Call Manager” b. If the category are Km/Hours the KM/Hours must increase and be within a certain % or value. “Call Manager” c. “Call Manager” i. The call manager override must be captured with a valid override reason 11. Confirm “F10” ii. Via a bowser to vehicles 1. At main site fill the bowser. (Transaction type 2) 2. Drive with bowser to mine pit. a. Dispense the same way as i. above iii. Dipstick daily verification. 1. Select transaction (Transaction type 4) 2. Enter the reading 3. Confirm (F10) d. At end of shift BIX the data. i. To Mine office ii. To HQ in Kimberly iii. SMS summary information at end of each shift. This to be discussed in detail 3. Tables: a. Equipment / software required a. Hand held android devices. b. Laptop at Mine site must include c. Server/Laptop at HQ 5. Phase 1 Quotation and test notes. a. Currently the equipment required was tested and some issues were found. b. Transponders. i. It was found that the standard (Cattle) transponder failed on certain metal equipment and we will have to use the “Mount to metal” transponders. The only factor here is cost. ii. These transponders will work under all circumstances for the rest of the project as well. c. Hand held reader (Android) i. Following 2 pictures of the units available. Programming will not be limited to specific unit. (The second image will be the preferred unit)
