Develop an Android and iOS app for berkeleycountysc.gov. App to mimic site look and feel (not replicating current web site) with home containing latest news and graphical links of the web sites top menus.
The app will evolve over time but initially we just need to get an app out there to test take-up. Static content (plus Twitter/Facebook feed) to replicate accessibility (only) to services we or third-parties host - imagine a home page with 'blocks' to take users to sub-categories which offer visual links to appropriate services – and a contact us page. The app itself should be viewed as a doorway, not the host of our offerings. An important piece of it will be the backend so that we can update/add.
A basic app and backend mock-up will help your bid as will availability 09:00 to 17:00 EST Monday through Friday. Project can be awarded to individual/agency but no sub-contracting.
Your bid will be rejected if you submit a generic/standard response. Aim to complete within two weeks. Max $750.
