Hello We have an Android Feature Phone with physical t9 keyboard. (Without touch screen) The phone based on Spreadtrum SOC, and running android os 4.4.4. We also have the original firmware of this phone in .pac format (Spreadtrum ROMs format) We need to make several modifications in the software: 1. Adding Hebrew language (with full RTL support) 2. Make Hebrew keyboard (for the physical t9 keyboard, non touch) 3. Remove some preinstalled apps like browser, games file manager and more 4. Block some functions like SMS messages, internet (data) connection, and more. 5. Little change in the UI. 6. Make simlock, and splock. (The Phone should work only with some specific carriers) 7. Block Bluetooth from receiving and sending files or messages. (The Bluetooth should work only for headphones, no for connection with other mobiles.) 8. No option to load external memory card 9. When connected to pc, charging only. No option to transfer files from/to the device. Of course, all this modifications needs to be closed from any option to change them. This is the main list that we need, probably will be some more little things that I’m not wrote here. More details if needed you can ask me. Best regards Sachy
