La aplicación tendrá las siguientes funcionalidades para el usuario (cliente final): Funciones: 1. Video de introducción en la pantalla de bienvenida. 2. Trazado de origen y destino en mapa, indicando también el mejor trayecto para dicho recorrido. 3. Indicación de chofer que ha aceptado el servicio, incluyendo su información básica y su localización. 4. Cotización del servicio en base a tiempo de recorrido, distancia, ciudad, horario, tipo de vehículo y tarifas base. 5. Comunicación por medio de mensajes de texto y/o llamadas de voz entre el chofer y el cliente*. 6. Selección de forma de pago (tarjeta o efectivo) al momento de la solicitud del servicio. 7. Posibilidad de compartir los datos del servicio, así como la ubicación por medio de WhatsApp, redes sociales y vía web. 8. Botón de pánico para llamadas directas a la policía. 9. Resumen de servicios realizados para cada cliente. 10. Calificación del conductor y comentarios del mismo. 11. Notificaciones PUSH para cada estado del servicio totalmente automáticas. 12. Calificación y recomendación de la aplicación. 13.
