App to game streaming from pc to mobiles devices or other pcs for multiple user (3 at least)

I need and app which the user would play in their mobiles devices or pc by streaming those games from a server, at least 3 users at the same time.
The app should be very simple, just introducing a pin would play the game that would be streaming from a pc or virtual server. In this pc or virtual pc i would save the games into a folder and a code would be allocated to each game.
It could also be access from a browser if feasible.
This games are just for walking around a house, not too demanding. The games I want to stream will be created with unreal engine.
Shadow tech could be a virtual server to use, but open to other options as this one becomes available in February.
