First if notification is in smstype then we have to integrate SMS app.. second if the notification type is mobile notifications we should integrate both firebase and aws.. which is tricky... third about all the features you have mentioned ,first we should be checked what is back-end code,,,and the changes should be done accordingly which is time consuming.... To be precise the features u have asked can be done only if the back-end is done along with android.. For the notification cenerio I have worked on many projects with both SMS app,,, which is easy you have to purchase buck SMS. For Mobile notifications you have to have aws account which is paid version... and firebase which is free.

We are product based company and we have launched 5 own products ....in each product we have worked on OTP functionality ...we even have a ecommerce Product n event management app where we have worked on Live location ....so to sum up we have worked on almost on each feature u mentioned and surely could rectify in perfect way. we have been through the pain u are going through owning a product so we can understand u well and can satisfy you the best with services ....may be we dont have ratings on here...But somewhere we have to start with...I hope you give us chance
