Hi,
The app would be used by 3 usres (Sys Admin "SA" + Service Provider "SP" + Customer "CU").
To be develop for all platforms (IOS & Android), to support 4 different customers language (Eng., Arabic, Turkey & Ardo) "as bigining"
where every SP can be one of:
1- Managing his own schudle of appoitments.
2- Shop Manager manage a lists of SP schudles of Hi,
The app would be used by 3 usres (Sys Admin "SA" + Service Provider "SP" + Customer "CU").
To be develop for all platforms (IOS & Android), to support 4 different customers language (Eng., Arabic, Turkey & Ardo)
every SP can be one of:
1- Managing his own schudle of appoitments.
2- Shop Manager manage a lists of SP schudles of appoitments.
SA: to monitor the SP utlization, issue invoice, logged recived payments, luck/unluck SP user, issue reports.
SP: To download the app and add his shope name/photo and his name/photo and setup his working schudle and define his list of services (each service do have "Service name+duration+Fee), also he highlight that he is "on duty" at shop or out of duty.
The SP schudle can be shown for today or tomorrwo or for next 7 days, so customer can pick the sutible time for him.
CU: to download the app, where he can pick his favorite or latest SP lsit, or he can chose the "Type of SP" then all smiller SP's will apper in a map, where he can pick one to check for avalabilty.
I think I did provide a high-level points over the idea, more info will be shared when I have an agreemant for the compelete project (Analysys, Desing, Develpment, Testing, Adding to Store), documentations.
