I'm using an IFTTT applet that I find useful and I'd like to make an app out of it for smart phones.
The way the applet works is as follows. As I drive my car, I enter an geographical area that I have selected previously (see image). Once I enter that area, the app calls a phone number and when the number answers, the app stops. Thats all it needs to do. All this of course needs to work when the screen is locked etc and it must run in the background.
The user needs to select geographical region, zoom in or out as they require and once they are happy, save it.
Add a phone number say*Removed by Admin* and save it.
Thats it, very simple.
What I will use it for?
The app should give the user 3 options. To make the call when
1. Entering an area
2. Leaving an area
3. Enter or Exit an area
