This job is really simple, but what do you mean by waking up iPhone when there's a new job? Do you want a push notification to be sent to the phone? You can do that and message will pop up on the iPhone, but unless user clicks on that notification (which will start your app) there is no way to force your app to start without user intervention. Apple simply doesn't allow that. If it's just the notification part, I can certainly help you.
