develop an Android app in which the user can setup wifi on the raspberry pi via bluetooth --2

I have a raspberry pi zero w. I would like to have an app on my Android phone which can connect to the pi through bluetooth, then the app can write a wifi information into the pi. After done writing wifi info, Reboot the pi, the pi would be able to connect to the wifi.
I have RASPBIAN STRETCH LITE installed on the pi. Also
The app needs following functions:
1. The app is an android app
2. The app can search and find available bluetooth devices
3. The app can select the pi with bluetooth enabled, and it can connect to the pi
4. Either enter or automatically pass wifi information to the pi. After the pi has the wifi information setup in config file and get rebooted, the app needs to get the pi’s ip address.
