Develop Flutter app for a radio station

We require a hybrid app developed for both Android and iOS using flutter.
The apps main purpose is to stream the radio content for mobile users.
The main page of the app must have radio live stream, so it'll have a play icon and some sort of visualization which shows when the people speak. The visualization must move with the audio.
The app must be designed in uniform with the current website, so it must be modern clean and in a similar style to bbc Radio 1 website.
Beneath the play button there must be a display showing the current playing show, this can be pulled from the website also, as can be seen on the website header.
The app must pull/display all featured articles that are on the wordpress website.
Also information that needs to be shown in the app includes the prayer timetable.
