Server: 1. Manager able to upload videos. 2. Upon upload, Clients will download/sync the video files into the client local drive.(No Streaming) 3. Control Groups of different TV Clusters. (TV cluster A, TV cluster B). 4. Able to offset layout of the TV screen borders when multiple TVs are placed together. Clients: 5. Web based viewing of videos. (Can be using Webview on Android) 6. Synchronized viewing with other clients Server and Clients are in local network. Each client is using a android tv box. 2 Tier Architecture preferred: Web Server, Application Server, (Optional DB Server). Please send a architectural diagram, and state the libraries intended to be used.
